There is no typical client that Erin works with. With expertise, she provides direction and guidance to professional artists and athletes along with everyday clients looking to improve their daily physical health and master their mobility.

 

With a teaching practice grounded in a Master’s in Dance and Somatic Education, a 500-hour Naada Yoga certification, and Peak Pilates certification, Erin guides clients in developing healthy movement patterns that enhance strength, control, and efficiency.

Her coaching uses dynamic alignment principles and fosters physical self-awareness in supportive private sessions and group classes.

4 years ago, I have been working with Erin for 2+ years to address back problems that got so bad I had to stop playing golf for 2 years. Erin designed a program to address my specific issues and objectives. She is also able to adjust on the fly if other areas (hips or shoulders) hurt. I haven't had any relapse in months now and have started playing golf and to train again. All of it is done in a very convivial and fun environment. It is always a good start to my day when I start with Pilates with Erin.
