From Saskatoon, Erin has worked as a professional dancer, teacher, and choreographer in Winnipeg and Montreal for over twenty years. She earned her master’s degree in dance from UQÀM and holds certifications in Pilates and yoga. Recently, Flynn has rejuvenated her training approach through intensive study of Counter Technique.

Her latest project, Shots in the Dark/ Un Bal dans l’Obscurité, has recently been awarded a grant from the CALQ and benefitted from a residency at l’Agora de la Danse’s Espace Blanc and will continue its research and presentations at Concordia’s Ev Black Box in May/June 2025.

Building on her extensive career as a performer and choreographer, Flynn teaches contemporary technique, somatics/anatomy, and choreography at Concordia University and contact improvisation at the National Theatre School of Canada. Additionally, she offers dance and movement classes to the general public at Studio 303, MangeMesPieds, and Roze Pilates.
